3 days 2 nights Outdoors in Secluded Nature Setting. 
  • Ropes and Knots. 
  • Safety and Climbing Rescue. 
  • Ropes, Rope Care, Essential Knots and the ability to Identify and Utilize Rappel Anchor Points. 
  • Use Commercial Climbing Seats and Harnesses, and making your own Swiss Seat with 15-20 foot rope. 
  • Learn to use Carabineers, Figure Eights, Baley Devices and Rescue Eights. Also, Rope Deployment Bags. 
  • Basic "Traveling" Safety and Route Planning. Instructions in Hand and Foot Holds for Rock Climbing. 
  • Ability to Plan and Lead a Safe Decent. Includes Rappelling and Belay Positions. 
  • Ability to Perform a Basic Rope Rescue. 
  • Rappelling with Backpacks and a Medical Casualty and carrying persons not capable of performing a Rappel Decent by themselves. 
  • First Aide Training common to High Altitude activities.
