What Is A DESIGNER Class?

A Designer Class is a Training that is composed of Survival topic(s) that are not contained within our standard training offerings.

Many people have opted to create their own Survival Training Class by Mixing different topics within the frame work described below.

But remember, the less time you spend on a given topic, the less you will know and experience.  Typically, 8 hours dedicated to a sigle topic is a bare minimum learning experience.  Therefore, 2-4 hours dedicated to 1 topic will not allow you to achieve sufficient opportunity to thrive in that skill.

Most people who take advantage of the Designer Classes do so as a Refresher Course or as an Introductory ("Ed-u-tainment".  Education and Entertainment) Preview.  Previewing a survival topic in this way is Fun and yet it is still educational.

Some Students have Challenged me to Certify them within just 2 hours of Training time.  This is not possible given the sizable amount of information involved within each topic.  Additionally, there is the Hands On portion that is so desperately needed when a person desires to become knowledgeable about any survival topic.

Watching Survival Shows are informative and entertaining, but unless you actually Replicate the work, you cannot be prepared.  Think of a cooking show that features how to make a souffle .  Most people will not be able to replicate the success without multiple failures.  In reality, failures are stepping stones to success and are opportunities to work on the ares that your are weak in.

But when your life is on the line, failure is not an option.  Usually you only have just ONE shot at success in a survival situation.  In the end, you will either avoid a personal disaster or you will be taking a premature "Dirt Nap"!

Designer Class

Example 1:  For a 1 Day Designer Training Class (8 hours total training time) 2 or 3 topics are blended together.  2 topics means 4 hours are dedicated for each topic.  3 topics means 2 1/2 + hours are dedicated for each topic.

NOTE: This is the Maximum amount of topics that are allowed for a 1 Day Designer Class.

Example 2: For a 3 Day Designer Training Class (24 hours total training time) 3 topics are blended together. 3 topics means 8 hours are dedicated for each topic.
