SHIPPING POLICY and REFUND POLICY
"Checkout". Your Shipping and Billing information is
processed through our Secure Server. Your personal information is 100% Secure.
- Survival Technologies ships all orders UPS. Every product we ship is
packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product.
Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly
to UPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages in this contract
for more information.
- We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days. If an order is
placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day. If a partial order
is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking
numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
- Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
- As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing
the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our
website . This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the
Internet or by phone.
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
- Orders that provide a different Shipping address from
the Billing address, may require additional information from you in order to
process the Order. Once we receive your Order we will email you with further
instructions, if any.
- please be aware that Shipping Companies charge $6-$8 for
address corrections. make sure that your Shipping Address is correct and
if you have an apartment number, make sure you add that as well.
ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUEOUS CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Please note orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may
require additional charges. We will email you if additional money is required.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO CANADA
Orders shipped to Canada may be charged additional taxes or import fees
when your item(s) arrive. These charges are from brokers and shipping companies
and are beyond our control and are NOT INCLUDED in our price. Please check with
your local area for details. The shopping cart
will provide a shipping amount however should the actual shipping and handling
charges may be more, and we will email you prior to processing the Order. If you need further assistance about shipping charges, please call us at 503.507.2192 prior to placing your order.
ORDERS SHIPPED OVERSEAS
Orders shipped to Overseas may be charged additional taxes or import fees
when your item(s) arrive. These charges are from Brokers and Shipping Companies
and are beyond our control and are NOT INCLUDED in our price.
- Shipments going to Canada may have
an additional customs charge not handled by Survival Technologies, LLC. It will be the Customers
responsibility to find out the Customs Charges for Shipments going out of the
USA.
- Please check with
your local area for details. The Shopping Cart
will provide a shipping amount, however, should the actual Shipping and Handling Charges be more, we will email you prior to processing the order. If you need further assistance about shipping charges, please call us prior to placing your order.
TAX
EXEMPTIONS
The State of Oregon does not have a State Sales Tax. If an order is
placed out of state, the Buyer will be responsible to pay the Use Tax according to
the State law where the Buyer resides.
TRACKING INFORMATION
We issue tracking numbers via Email within
24 hours of shipment for all UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx items.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
- All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur
during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported
to the shipping company – usually UPS – within 24
hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved.
It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these
materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the
claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the
product will be re-shipped.
- If the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is
defective, we will correct it.
